THE BIBLE MUSIC — Terms and Privacy Policy

Comprehensive legal framework for websites apps radio television podcasts community and digital content

THE BIBLE MUSIC | Effective September 26 2026 | www.thebiblemusic.org

Important notice and scope

These Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and supplemental policies form an agreement between you and THE BIBLE MUSIC, together with its owner or operator, successors, authorized collaborators, and service providers acting on its behalf (collectively, "THE BIBLE MUSIC," "we," "us," or "our"). THE BIBLE MUSIC currently operates as an independent Christian ministry and media project based in Brentwood, New York, United States. The official legal and privacy contact is thebiblemusic7@gmail.com.

This document covers www.thebiblemusic.org, www.thebiblemusic.com, www.labibliaenmusica.org, radio.thebiblemusic.org, applications for iOS, iPadOS, Android, Apple TV and other platforms, Internet radio, television and live streams, podcasts, social channels and profiles, newsletters, notifications, accounts, profiles, community features, studies, downloads, artwork, designs, marks, music, narrations, videos, AI-generated or AI-assisted content, and any current or future service displaying or linking to this document (the "Services").

By accessing a Service, creating an account, selecting an acceptance checkbox, making a purchase, submitting content, or continuing to use a Service after notice of changes, you accept the applicable provisions. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. When law requires separate consent - including for non-essential cookies, sensitive data, marketing, or automatic renewal - we will request an additional affirmative action.

Nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Limitations, disclaimers, and arbitration provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by the law of your residence.

Part I Terms and Conditions

1 Eligibility and minors

The general-audience Services are not directed to children under 13. A person under 13 may not create an account, post, submit personal information, or use interactive features. If we learn that we received personal information from a child under 13 without legally verifiable authorization, we will reasonably delete it.

People ages 13 through 17 may use account, community, purchase, or subscription features only with authorization and supervision from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms for them. Where the minimum age of digital consent is higher, that age controls. We may apply proportionate age assurance, restrict features, and close noncompliant accounts.

THE BIBLE MUSIC may offer family-oriented biblical content, but does not represent that every item is suitable for every age. Biblical narratives, sermons, or dramatizations may address violence, war, death, persecution, or other sensitive subjects. Guardians should supervise minors.

2 Nature of content and no professional advice

The Services are provided for religious, informational, cultural, educational, and entertainment purposes. Biblical interpretations, studies, sermons, commentary, testimonials, automated responses, and AI-generated or AI-assisted material do not replace individualized pastoral, medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or emergency advice.

For immediate danger, a medical emergency, abuse, suicidal thoughts, or risk of harm, contact local emergency services or qualified professionals. THE BIBLE MUSIC is not a crisis service and does not promise to review messages, comments, prayers, or requests in real time.

Bible translations, historical information, maps, pronunciations, captions, machine translations, and synthetic voices may contain errors. Verify important decisions with original sources or qualified professionals.

3 Accounts credentials and security

When accounts are enabled, you must provide accurate information, keep it current, safeguard credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity reasonably attributable to your account except where prohibited by law.

We may support sign-in through Apple, Google, email, phone, or other providers. Those providers apply their own terms. We may require additional authentication, email or phone verification, and a user name, and may reject names that impersonate, infringe rights, mislead, or offend.

If an account can be created inside an app, we will provide a reasonable method to request deletion. Deletion may not immediately remove backups, records required by law, fraud-prevention records, disputes, accounting records, or content lawfully shared by others.

4 Limited license

Subject to these terms, THE BIBLE MUSIC grants you a personal, limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and nonsublicensable license to access and use the Services for personal, noncommercial purposes. Offline downloads, where available, permit access inside the indicated app or format and do not transfer ownership.

No license is granted to rebroadcast, syndicate, republish, sell, train AI models, create datasets, scrape at scale, remove marks, distribute audio or video files, create derivative works, use artwork, or commercially exploit content without written authorization. Mandatory legal exceptions, including applicable fair use, remain unaffected.

5 Intellectual property marks artwork and design

To the extent created, acquired, or licensed by THE BIBLE MUSIC, the names THE BIBLE MUSIC and LA BIBLIA EN MÚSICA, logos, icons, artwork, cover art, photography, graphic combinations, white-and-gold identity, interfaces, selection and arrangement, music, lyrics, recordings, voices, jingles, programs, scripts, stories, video, animation, code, databases, documents, studies, maps, and promotional material are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, contract, and other laws.

Nothing claims ownership of public-domain Bible text, third-party works, generic names, or material outside legal protection. A license or attribution notice accompanying a work controls for that work.

You may not systematically copy or capture, alter, remove metadata or notices, imitate distinctive appearance, register confusing names or domains, use marks in advertising or keywords, create merchandise, present content as official, or imply sponsorship or affiliation without written permission. Send licensing requests to the official email.

6 Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Services to violate law or rights; harass, threaten, defame, exploit, or discriminate; publish sexual nudity, child exploitation, gratuitous graphic violence, hate, terrorism, or criminal instructions; impersonate; manipulate metrics; distribute malware; gain unauthorized access; evade controls; harvest user data; use unauthorized scraping or bots; interfere with streams; overload infrastructure; spam; or facilitate fraud.

You may not upload material without sufficient rights, another person's personal information without a lawful basis, private recordings without consent, highly sensitive financial or identity information, or prayer requests or testimonials revealing another person's sensitive information without permission.

We may investigate, preserve evidence, reduce reach, remove content, suspend streams, close accounts, and cooperate with authorities when reasonably necessary or legally required. We do not assume a general duty to monitor all content.

7 User content and community

You retain rights you hold in text, comments, images, audio, video, messages, profiles, testimonials, prayers, reviews, and other material you submit ("User Content"). You represent that you have sufficient rights and consents and that the content complies with these policies.

By posting or submitting User Content to a feature intended for sharing, you grant THE BIBLE MUSIC a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license, sublicensable to technical providers and transferable with the Service, to host, store, reproduce, technically adapt, translate, caption, display, communicate, and distribute that content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Services. This license ends when content is removed from active systems, except for backups, uses already shared, or lawful retention. Private messages are not used in public advertising without separate consent.

We may moderate based on context, safety, editorial doctrine, quality, rights, and technical feasibility. Moderation is not endorsement. User opinions belong to their authors. We do not guarantee publication, permanence, recovery, or confidentiality for content placed in public spaces.

For child safety, credible threats, fraud, or infringement, contact the official email with a clear subject. Appeals should identify the account, content, and reason for review.

8 Radio television podcasts and streams

Programming, schedules, guests, songs, editorial announcements, links, and availability may change without notice. Streams may be delayed, interrupted, or vary by region, license, network, platform, or maintenance. Continuous availability or a specific quality is not guaranteed.

Listening through Apple Podcasts, Spotify, radio directories, smart TVs, social networks, or other platforms is also subject to those platforms' terms and privacy practices. THE BIBLE MUSIC does not control their charges, recommendations, availability, data, or moderation decisions.

No station, church, ministry, creator, advertiser, or guest receives exclusivity, partnership, employment, agency, or rebroadcast rights absent a written agreement signed by an authorized representative.

The Services may include or link to Bible translations, video, sermons, music, photography, maps, APIs, players, and other third-party material. Use is subject to the owners' licenses, attribution, territory restrictions, and terms. Availability does not mean THE BIBLE MUSIC owns or endorses every item.

We may remove, replace, geoblock, or restrict content to comply with licenses or claims. External links are offered for convenience; you assume the risk of visiting third-party sites and should review their policies.

10 Artificial intelligence

Certain text, voices, images, translations, captions, recommendations, or videos may be created or enhanced using AI. We may label them when reasonable or legally required. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to existing material and should be reviewed before reliance.

Do not submit secrets, children's data, private confessions, medical, financial, or identity information, or third-party content to an AI feature unless the interface expressly authorizes it and presents applicable notice and consent. The Services may not be used for deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, exploitation, discrimination, or rights violations.

11 Purchases donations and subscriptions

Price, currency, period, renewal, benefits, taxes, and requirements will be shown before confirmation. Purchases through Apple, Google, Stripe, or another platform may be processed and refunded under that platform's rules. THE BIBLE MUSIC may not receive all payment data and does not store full card numbers when the processor handles them.

A voluntary donation does not purchase editorial control, ownership, sponsorship, advertising, preferential treatment, or a tax deduction. We do not represent that a donation is deductible unless a valid receipt is issued by a legally qualified entity.

Automatically renewing subscriptions continue until canceled. Users must cancel through the identified platform before renewal. Except where law or a more favorable platform policy requires otherwise, processed payments are nonrefundable for partially used periods. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

We may correct obvious pricing errors, reject transactions, change future benefits with reasonable notice, and suspend for nonpayment. Material price changes will be disclosed when law requires.

12 Communications and notifications

We may send transactional communications about accounts, security, purchases, availability, policies, and support. With consent where required, we may send a verse of the day, newsletters, schedules, or promotions. Marketing preferences may be withdrawn without stopping essential messages.

Push notifications, SMS, and calls may incur carrier charges. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Frequency may vary. Disable communications through device settings or the offered mechanism.

13 Suspension termination and survival

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, security risk, legal process, fraud, nonpayment, harm to others, discontinuation, or technical impossibility. Where reasonable and lawful, we will provide notice and appeal; emergencies may require immediate action.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion. Intellectual-property, necessary licenses, payment, disclaimer, limitation, indemnity, dispute, lawful retention, and other provisions that by nature should continue will survive.

14 Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." THE BIBLE MUSIC DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR HARMFUL-CODE-FREE OPERATION; COMPLETE OR ACCURATE CONTENT; DATA PRESERVATION; ANY SPIRITUAL, COMMERCIAL, OR PERSONAL OUTCOME; OR THAT ALL CONTENT IS SUITABLE FOR EVERY USER.

NO MANDATORY WARRANTY THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED IS EXCLUDED. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR DEVICE, CONNECTION, BACKUPS, SETTINGS, DECISIONS, AND USE OF CONTENT.

15 Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED, THE BIBLE MUSIC AND ITS OWNERS, COLLABORATORS, LICENSORS, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OPPORTUNITY, REPUTATION, OR CONTENT; INTERRUPTION; THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT; OR RELIANCE ON CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

EXCEPT FOR LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED, TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS OR THE AMOUNT PAID DIRECTLY TO THE BIBLE MUSIC FOR THE AFFECTED SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

FOR CLAIMS ARISING SOLELY FROM ACCESSING, RELYING ON, COPYING, DOWNLOADING, INTERPRETING, OR USING INFORMATIONAL CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE WEBSITE, THE USER AGREES THAT ANY MONETARY RECOVERY AGAINST THE BIBLE MUSIC IS LIMITED TO US$0, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

These exclusions do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence where law forbids limitation, nonwaivable statutory rights, or other categories your jurisdiction will not permit us to limit.

16 Indemnity

To the extent permitted, you will defend, indemnify, and hold THE BIBLE MUSIC harmless from third-party claims arising from your User Content, unauthorized commercial use, rights infringement, unlawful conduct, or material breach. This does not cover harm caused solely by THE BIBLE MUSIC and does not apply to consumers where prohibited.

We may assume the defense using reasonably selected counsel. You will cooperate and will not settle a claim imposing liability, admission, or obligation on THE BIBLE MUSIC without written consent.

17 Informal resolution arbitration and class waiver

Before filing a dispute, the claimant will send written notice with name, contact details, facts, requested relief, and essential documentation. The parties will attempt resolution for 60 days. This does not prevent urgent relief for safety, intellectual property, or expiring legal deadlines.

Except for the exclusions below and where lawful, disputes will be resolved by individual binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. A hearing may occur by video, documents, or in the consumer's home county unless agreed otherwise. Fees are allocated under the rules and applicable law. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief as a court and must apply these terms.

Exceptions: either party may use a court of competent small-claims jurisdiction; THE BIBLE MUSIC may seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property, security, or unauthorized access; and no term limits nonwaivable public relief.

YOU AND THE BIBLE MUSIC WAIVE, TO THE EXTENT LAWFUL, JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS. THE ARBITRATOR MAY RESOLVE ONLY INDIVIDUAL CLAIMS. If this waiver is unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim will be litigated after the remaining claims are arbitrated.

You may opt out of arbitration by emailing a notice with subject "Arbitration Opt Out," your name, account email, and an unequivocal opt-out statement within 30 days after first accepting these terms. Opting out does not affect access.

18 Governing law and forum

These terms are governed by New York law without conflict rules, and the Federal Arbitration Act governs arbitration. For nonarbitrable disputes, the parties consent to state or federal courts with jurisdiction in Suffolk County, New York, unless consumer law permits filing elsewhere.

International users are responsible for local law. A mandatory local rule providing greater protection controls only to the necessary extent.

19 Additional Apple and Google terms

For an app downloaded from Apple, this agreement is between you and THE BIBLE MUSIC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, maintenance, support, warranties, or claims except for Apple's own legal obligations. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries and may enforce these terms regarding the app. Use must comply with App Store rules and Apple's media services terms.

For an app obtained through Google Play, use must also comply with Google Play terms. Google does not assume THE BIBLE MUSIC's support or liability obligations. Store purchases, refunds, and data may be administered by Google.

If these terms conflict with mandatory store terms for a particular transaction, the mandatory store terms control.

20 Changes assignment and entire agreement

We may update these policies for laws, features, providers, or risks. We will post the effective date and provide reasonable notice or renewed acceptance for material changes where necessary. Changes will not retroactively remove vested rights unless law permits.

If a provision is invalid, it will be narrowed to the minimum necessary and the rest will continue. Failure to enforce is not waiver. You may not assign your account or these terms without consent; THE BIBLE MUSIC may assign them with the Service, a reorganization, or successor, subject to law and continued privacy protection.

These terms, the Privacy Policy, checkout notices, specific licenses, and linked policies form the complete agreement for the Services. Spanish and English versions should be read consistently, and neither reduces mandatory rights.

Part II Privacy Policy

21 Controller and coverage

THE BIBLE MUSIC, operated from Brentwood, New York, determines the processing it directly controls. Send questions or requests to thebiblemusic7@gmail.com with subject "Privacy." A store, social network, directory, payment provider, or platform independently deciding its processing may be a separate controller under its own policy.

This policy describes data processed through the Services. Features differ by version and region. A feature that is not enabled does not collect information through that feature. Contextual notices and device permissions supplement this policy.

22 Information we may collect

Information you provide: name, alias, email, phone, date or age range, country, language, login credentials or identifiers, profile photo, preferences, support, surveys, comments, messages, testimonials, prayer requests, uploads, limited billing details, purchase history, and consent records.

Technical and usage data: IP address, device or installation identifiers, operating system, app version, browser, language, approximate time zone, logs, crashes, performance, pages, plays, downloads, interactions, referral URL, notification status, and security signals. Precise location, contacts, microphone, camera, photos, or files are accessed only where a feature needs them, explains the need, and receives permission.

Third-party data: Apple or Google may share an identifier, name, or email based on settings; payment processors share status, amount, and transaction references but not necessarily full card data; podcast, radio, TV, and social platforms may provide aggregated or audience statistics; partners may provide authorized information.

Sensitive information: a prayer request, testimony, comment, or profile may reveal religious beliefs, health, or other sensitive categories. You do not need to provide it. Where processing relies on explicit consent, we will show a separate checkbox and allow withdrawal. Do not place another person's sensitive information in public spaces.

We use information to provide and personalize features; authenticate and secure accounts; transmit radio, TV, and podcasts; save preferences and content; process purchases; provide support; send requested communications; maintain security; prevent fraud and abuse; moderate; measure performance; comply with licenses and law; defend rights; and develop features.

In the EEA and UK, legal bases may include contract performance, consent, legal obligation, and legitimate interests such as security, support, limited measurement, and improvement. We balance those interests against your rights. For special-category data, we use explicit consent or another lawful exception. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier processing.

24 Cookies local storage and analytics

We use essential cookies and similar technologies for security, session, language, load balancing, consent, and operation. With consent where required, we may use analytics, personalization, or measurement. We do not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or sell personal information.

You may reject nonessential technologies through the banner or settings. Blocking essential technologies may prevent features. Browser preferences and legally binding opt-out signals will be honored when applicable and technically recognizable.

Apps may use local storage for preferences, Bible downloads, and playback. Removing the app or its data may delete that content. Apple, Google, TestFlight, and store analytics are also subject to their controls.

25 Information disclosure

We may disclose information to providers acting under instructions and safeguards for hosting, CDN and security; authentication and database; email, SMS and push; analytics and crashes; support; moderation; payments; storage and backup; radio and streaming; podcast distribution; translation or AI where identified; and professional advice.

Depending on enabled features, providers may include Cloudflare, Apple, Google and Firebase, Stripe, hosting services, AzuraCast, and distribution platforms. Listing does not mean every provider receives every category. We seek to limit access to what is necessary and review contracts and practices.

We may also disclose under valid legal process, to protect safety and rights, investigate abuse, respond to emergency, or in a reorganization, financing, sale, or Service transfer. A successor must assume this policy or provide required notice and choices.

Content you publish is visible to the selected audience. Do not share information you do not want public.

26 Sale sharing and advertising

THE BIBLE MUSIC does not sell personal information for money and does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those concepts are defined in U.S. state privacy laws. We do not use sensitive information to infer characteristics for advertising.

If these practices change, we will update the policy and store disclosures and provide required Do Not Sell or Share and limitation mechanisms before beginning. We will not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

27 Retention

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, including active accounts, support, security, accounting, licenses, disputes, and law. Periods depend on type and risk. Backups are deleted or overwritten on reasonable cycles and isolated from ordinary use.

As an operational guide, security and crash logs are kept for limited periods; consent and transaction records for legal periods; legal requests while handled and documented; account content until deletion or moderation, subject to backups and obligations. We anonymize or delete when no longer needed.

28 Security and incidents

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures appropriate to size, nature, and risk, including access control, encryption in transit where compatible, authentication, logging, backups, updates, minimization, and vendor management. No system is completely secure and total security is not guaranteed.

If an incident occurs, we will investigate, contain, and notify users and authorities where law requires. Use unique passwords, protect devices, and promptly report concerns.

29 International transfers

THE BIBLE MUSIC operates from the United States and providers may process information in other countries. Laws differ. Where required for EEA, UK, or Swiss data, we will use recognized safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or another valid mechanism with reasonable supplementary measures.

30 Privacy rights

Depending on residence and exceptions, you may request access, confirmation, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, disclosure information, and review of certain automated decisions. You may also opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising if ever applicable.

Submit a request from the associated email, identify the right and jurisdiction. We will verify proportionately, respond within legal time, and explain denials. An authorized agent must show authority; we may verify directly with the user. We will not charge except for manifestly unfounded or repetitive requests where law allows.

California residents may request categories, sources, purposes, recipients, specific pieces, correction, deletion, and nondiscrimination. During the prior 12 months, we may have collected identifiers; Internet activity; commercial information; approximate geolocation; audio, visual, or content data; and limited preference inferences. They are disclosed to operational providers and are not sold or shared for behavioral advertising.

EEA or UK residents may complain to their data-protection authority. We welcome an opportunity to resolve the concern first. We do not currently make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on users.

31 Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through accounts or interactive features. A guardian who believes this occurred should contact us with enough information to locate the data. We may reasonably verify guardianship before disclosing or deleting information.

For teens, we apply protective settings, minimization, and appropriate controls when available. Future features expressly directed to children require a separate children's notice, verifiable parental consent where applicable, and advance vendor review.

32 Communications choices and deletion

Unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link or a request; security, account, and transaction messages may continue. Camera, microphone, photos, location, and notification permissions are controlled on the device. Cookies are controlled through the banner or browser.

To delete an account, use the in-app control or write to the official email. Identify the platform and account email. We will confirm authenticity and scope and may retain what law requires.

33 Changes and contact

We will post changes with a new date. Material changes to purposes, sensitive categories, or sale or sharing will receive notice and consent where required. The applicable version will be available through the Services.

Privacy, rights, accessibility, and legal matters: thebiblemusic7@gmail.com. Operator location: Brentwood, New York, United States. Do not post sensitive information on social networks to request support.

Part III Cookie Policy

34 Categories and controls

Strictly necessary cookies support security, session, privacy preferences, load balancing, and delivery. They cannot be disabled where indispensable. Functional cookies support language, player, and preferences. Analytics measures aggregated use and errors. Advertising cookies are not currently used for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Where consent is required, the banner should offer Accept All, Reject Nonessential, and Manage Choices with reasonably equal prominence. No nonessential cookie should load before consent. Withdrawal must be as easy as acceptance.

Part IV Copyright and DMCA

35 Infringement notices

If you believe material in the Services infringes your rights, send a signed notice to THE BIBLE MUSIC's Copyright Agent at thebiblemusic7@gmail.com containing: identification of the work; exact location of material; contact details; good-faith statement; statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized; and physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or disable material and notify the user. A counter-notice must satisfy 17 U.S.C. §512(g), identify removed material, state under penalty of perjury that removal was mistaken, consent to applicable jurisdiction, and include signature and contact. We may restore under the law if the claimant does not sue.

We may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and act against fraudulent notices. The agent's final public address and registration with the U.S. Copyright Office must be completed before relying on the DMCA safe harbor.

Part V Community Standards

36 Conduct and safety

Participate respectfully. Doctrinal disagreement is allowed without harassment. Threats, hate, exploitation, sexualization of minors, doxxing, manipulation, scams, spam, invasive commercial solicitation, dangerous misinformation, and rights violations are prohibited.

Prayer requests should not identify another person's diagnosis, address, private conflict, or data without permission. Content confessing crimes, threatening harm, or showing abuse may be preserved and reported where legally appropriate. Block and report suspicious accounts; do not send money to unknown users.

Measures may include warning, reduced reach, removal, temporary block, suspension, or termination. We consider severity, context, risk, recurrence, and appeal. These standards do not create a duty to detect every violation.
